Nike Inc (NYSE: NKE); Stock Price: $113.37

Nike is set to report its earnings this week and it seems like Wall Street is betting on some positive figures from the company. Analysts expect to see substantial growth in Nike’s digital business as the company recorded a 75% rise in digital sales in the last quarter and it continued to invest in its digital business. The stock has gained 13.2% year to date and has been up 18% over the past three months. Click here to read more. 

Auto Manufacturers

Nikola Corporation (NASDAQ: NKLA); Stock Price: $27.58

The founder of Nikola Corp, Trevor Milton, has resigned as executive chairman of the company in the wake of SEC and DOJ investigations following allegations made by a  short-seller. The stock already plunged as much as 37% on Monday after the news broke.  We’re watching to see whether or not it will keep tumbling. Click here to read more. 

Tesla Inc (NASDAQ: TSLA); Stock Price: $449.39

Tesla’s first-ever battery day event is scheduled to hold today and there’s a lot of excitement around it. Investors are looking forward to massive developments in terms of energy density, increasing production and eventually lower battery costs. Elon Musk recently tweeted “it will be very insane” so it’ll be interesting to see if investors will really be blown away. Click here to read more.

Big Banks

HSBC Holdings Plc (NYSE: HSBC); Stock Price: $18.64

JP Morgan Chase & Co (NYSE: JPM); Stock Price: $95.31

These global banks were named in a money laundering report released by BuzzFeed News. The report alleges that these banks and others moved more than $2 trillion in suspected illicit funds over nearly two decades. Investors were clearly worried because shares of these banks plunged on the report; JP Morgan’s fell 2.6% and HSBC shares plunged about 6%, its lowest in 25 years. Click here to read more
