Apple is suing former recycling partner, GEEP Canada — now a part of Quantum Lifecycle Partners — for allegedly stealing and reselling at least 103,845 iPhones, iPads, and Watches that it was hired to disassemble.
“At least 11,766 pounds of Apple devices left GEEP’s premises without being destroyed – a fact that GEEP itself confirmed”.

Tesla Inc. stock fell more than 5% Friday after the Silicon Valley car maker reported quarterly sales that were above Wall Street consensus and hit a record, but failed to dispel concerns about the company’s longer-term goals. On Friday, Tesla said it delivered 139,300 vehicles in the third quarter, compared with expectations of 137,000 vehicles – this was good, but it just wasn’t good enough.
